Makes me wish I was still a member... But I don't think I can justify the cost. Still, I may jump at a few of these titles. I think I still have 10 bucks or so left on a GC...

That's what I thought too but with the BSP coupons, sales, and with used items always buy 3 get one free and sometimes buy 2 get one free (at the FYE near my house...YMMV) I've been able to justify the $25 annually.
Edit: Forgot the 10% off on everything.

But you're right, the $3 off coupons are great, except they are always a hassle for me at my store. The coupons look like crap. Every time, they have to call the manager to confirm that it is a legit coupon. I don't know why they can't create a decent looking coupon...

Add Stir of Echoes to the list. Picked it up last night.
Also, it's been reported that Stargate - 15th Anniversary Edition has been found for $9.99. My local store didn't have it, so I can't confirm.

The list looks a lot like the standard $9.99 BD list I've seen at Target, Best Buy, and Amazon various times in the recent past. There are some good movies in there, but every one worth owning (IMHO) I've already got on SD DVD, and $9.99 is way above my upgrade-DVD-to-BD (double dip) threshold.

Re: $10 titles at FYE
Is $6 above your threshold? With the Backstage Pass discount and the $3 off coupon that's what these titles cost. I've been tempted by The Wild Bunch at $6 but I have the 2 disc SD edition and I don't know if it's worth the upgrade.

Didn't see Starship Troopers marked at 10.00. Does it come up at that price after scanning?
I did pick up the Dark Knight 2disc for 10.00 with mask so it wasn't a wasted trip.

Curse of the golden flower, tears of the sun, and black hawk down were not $10 at my fye. Regular prices on those. I ended up picking up van wilder and using my coupon on that instead.

I checked those as well as Glory, Starship Troopers, and House of the Flying Daggers and none were 9.99. One title I don't see listed that was 9.99 is the Hellboy Animated Sword of Storms & Blood & Iron.

Re: $10 titles at FYE
$6 would be OK for me most of the time. Last I checked the Backstage Pass was pretty expensive and I don't buy enough to justify the cost ($25 per year or whatever it was). I know there was some sort of a trial offer where you got a free month, a gift card, and could cancel, but it sounded like a lot of trouble and I hate having to cancel stuff. I only bought the BSP once in 2007 when they had some great rebate deals when I bought King of Queens and a bunch of other series for something like $24 each minus 10% discount minus $14 rebate (under $9 each). The BSP fee then was less than the 10% discount on all that stuff and was easily justifiable. Sadly (IMHO) they rarely have good prices any more (things like these $10 BDs are more the exception than the rule), they offer almost nothing for most trade-ins now (I used to get enough credit accumulated to make it worthwhile), and those big rebates on new releases are almost non-existent. I can't justify the BSP cost nor wasting a free trial just to pick up a few titles. I got Wild Bunch BD for $5 at Target last year... still haven't opened it yet, but the BD reviews I read made it sound pretty good. November 2009 was my last FYE purchase when they had Hancock BD (used) for $6. It's sad because I used to like going into FYE and finding deals there.

Sad for me.. I went there on my birthday.. and even with my 20% off + the 10% off coupon, there was NOTHING that was cost effective enough to buy. Yes, they did have some items I wanted.. but even after the % off, the items were still more than what I would pay elsewhere... and my local store has not gotten in much in the way of used Blu in quite some time... but hey.. the next 30% or 40% off coupon for used items comes out.. and still make my Backstage Pass worth it again.... I hope....
