Re: Universal facebook five dollar coupon any BD

Anyone know how to get this coupon to print on a mac? I've been able to print other coupons, but not this one.

If you go into your browser history folder you should be able to access the link to print the coupons on your account. It wouldn't let me print the coupons until I did. I kept getting a message I already completed the signup form when I tried to print from the facebook page.

Had no problems using the coupon for Land of the Dead for $4.99 at Best Buy. They just scanned it and it worked first try.

Re: Universal facebook five dollar coupon any BD

My cashier at Best Buy got skittish about using two coupons on two BRs so he called a supervisor over. Supervisor took a long look at the coupons, reading every frickin' line and then told me I couldn't use them on the $9.99 titles since coupon was for regular price only. Guess I'll have to try it again with a different shift.

Oh, and voting for Psycho since I'm dual format

That's exactly what I did I didn't want to chance it using two coupons at once, so I went at lunch and got Dawn and stopped after work and get Land. I even got the same cashier both times, and I was worried she might give me hassle the second time, but she did the same thing, hitting less buttons the second time

I had no luck with the coupon I paid 10 dollars, oh well not that big of a loss. I'll just save my 2 for another movie, maybe get 40 Year Old Virgin and Traffic down the road.

Re: Universal facebook five dollar coupon any BD

what sucks is I checked this all out on my laptop which is not hooked up to the printer that the PC is. When I checked my FB from the PC and tried to do it, it said I had already participated and wouldn't let me print the coupons.

Does anyone know a way around this, or if there is a way to print from my laptop on the home PC?

Re: Universal facebook five dollar coupon any BD

Picked up "I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry" and "The Thing" today for $5 each. Considering "Children of Men" and "Do The Right Thing" for $10 each after coupon also. Hmmm.

I'm a whore for Universal Blu-rays. For some reason, I love the uniformity of the back of the packaging and the Blu-ray menus themselves. I've turned into somewhat of a Universal Blu-ray collector. Very weird, I know, but I at least have limits. I won't buy all Universal Blu-rays just to buy them, but if I even remotely like one, I buy it. Ugh. Usually I don't let the collector gene get the best of me, but in this case, it has.

I also purchased "Bruce Almighty" a couple months ago for $9.99 from Amazon and "Inside Man" a couple weeks ago for $9.99 from Amazon, and I'm kind of pissed about that now. I emailed them to three different help departments and voiced my complaint/concern. Hoping the right CSR will read one of my complaints, have mercy, and refund me $5 for each of them. *Crosses fingers*

Re: Universal facebook five dollar coupon any BD

Picked up Doom (not mentioned here previously), Dawn of the Dead, The Thing, and Knocked Up tonight at my local Best Buy. No problems with the coupons/using multiples. $23.xx out the door. Didn't see Children of Men in the display, or else I would've got that instead of something else.

Re: Universal facebook five dollar coupon any BD

How much was "Doom"? And was it the stand-alone BD or was it the one shrink-wrapped together with the DVD?

Also, I didn't see any in-store displays. I was just looking through the BD aisle.

I like Universal's menu presentation to

My only issue is new releases that have the BD-Live ticker. It makes my player stall while it 'loads'.

Re: Universal facebook five dollar coupon any BD

Yeah I have noticed that, although my player doesn't have BD-Live so it doesn't matter. My ticker just says "Your player cannot be connected to BD-Live" or something along those lines. I'm glad I'm not the only one who likes Universal's menu presentation though.

I had no idea that Children of Men was on Blu-ray. I think I'm going to use my other $5 coupon on that.

I used one on Knocked Up, getting it for $4.99

For people who were having problems printing, try this url:
http://bricks.coupons.com/Start.asp?...&z=&r=&pc=&tc=

EDIT: Sorry, I posted it without trying, it doesn't seem to work.

Where have you found "Do The Right Thing" for $15? I've been holding off on buying it until I found a price I like. $15 (or $10 after coupon) would be sweet!
