If they do, I wasn't aware of it... Guess I'll find out soon enough! I've done a TON of Bing cashback transactions with Ebay, over 20 for sure...

You are correct which is why I never use them on nickel and dime purchases like this.

I did pick one up for $5 shipped last week. They shipped the next day. Brand new as stated.

I found the rules. It is actually 40 per Ebay account, not 30. Both of these pages confirm this.
