It could also be the reason I posted earlier in this thread. Warner Brothers has still not fixed the duplicate disc issues on some of these sets.

Some of those posts in the blu ray forum thread are kinda amusing. You don't have to check the special features menu to tell if you're watching the workprint. You'll know it right away since the movie starts right up. Which made me laugh at the guy who thought he was watching The Final Cut when it was actually the workprint. He must watch on a 10" screen because the workprint quality is very... workprint-ish.

Thought I'd mention that this is also $19.99 at MovieStop right now. It'll come out to about the same price as Amazon after tax, but some people might have credit to burn or, simply, might want to just buy it in-store so they can return it easily if the discs aren't right.

I finally received a second email from them notifying me that it has been shipped. It took 10 days for them to get more.

Received mine. Everything looks good. All 5 discs witho no dups.

Dammit. I just checked my copy, which I got on Black Friday, and I've got 2 Disc 5's and no Disc 1.

No. They're labeled correctly with incorrect content on Disc 1.

Damn, I thought they were physically labeled wrong as well, so I haven't even checked mine yet. I guess I have to do that now. Is the problem only with discs 1 and 5?

Yes. At first, it was Disc 1 content on Disc 5, both labeled correctly. Now it's the exact opposite.

I checked my copy (bought from Deep Discount a couple of weeks ago) last night, and it had the workprint disc labelled as disc 1 as well.

Many thanks to ytsejam for mentioning the issue and supplying the number to fix this (1-800-553-6937).

It took about 3 minutes on the phone, and a new disc is supposed to be on its way.

Called Warner Bros. on Monday afternoon after checking my copy from DD this past weekend. Two copies of the workprint with the correct label on disc 1, just wrong content. Customer service Rep says disc should be in the mail this week. Waiting...

Sorry about the bump, but I just bought the thicker case with a target raincheck (for 13.99), I like it better because of the foil cover art, but all the plastic cases are wrinkled.. Is there another title that I could buy that has the same thicker 5 disc case? I know there have been countless threads about replacement cases, but I thought this would be the best place to ask...

Probably just a TV on BD release like Nip/Tuck or Smallville S6 which have been pretty cheap lately ($10 or under). No other BD movie has been in that type of case that I can think of.

Only one I can think of that even comes close is the Die Hard Quadrilogy, but I think that is only 4 discs and not 5 unless it comes with some kind of bonus disc.
