I was hoping for a better price on Chuck. I'll have to pass for now... Next week might actually be nothing for me, first time in a LONG time...

Sweet. I'd just ordered Sons of Anarchy from Amazon for $35 this morning and was still able to cancel it.

I forget, will best buy give you the difference if I had bought it this week and go in next week?

I was hoping for a sub $40 price on Chuck Season 2. I think I'll watch the episodes again online before Season 3 begins a week from Sunday.

Thanks for the prices, OP.

On the Cloudy with a Chanc of Meatballs, what does it say after it?

I can make out: Includes Blu-ray and DVD of the movie along with a digital copy PLUS (after that I can't quite make it out).

And I agree, $25 is too much but since the DVD is $15 I'm thinking that Target may have it for $20. It's times like these that I miss Circuit City, there would have been a good chance of them having a lower price.

Weekly comparison thread done. Looks like Best Buy is cheapest this week on Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs (all three versions), Final Destination 3D (both versions), Big Love Season 3, and Chuck: The Complete Second Season standard DVD (with an exclusive as well).

Re: Best Buy Weekly Ad 1/3/10 - 1/9/10

I wanted to get to Cast Away BD for $6.99 ($9.99 - $3 mfg. coupon) but didn't make it in time. I think this coupon expired on Wednesday (and maybe most or all of the other Smart Source or Red Plum BD coupons). Even though I'll be going to BBY today I see no point in trying the mfg. coupon since "Best Deny" will notice the mfg coupon's expiration date and say no, and $9.99 exceeds my $7 BD double dip threshold.

Are there any new BD coupons at either of these sites? Last I looked I didn't see any.

Red Plum has nothing anymore. Smartsource still has a bunch of $3 and $10 coupons... I was able to get Cast Away last night for 6.99. There were none on the shelf, but I had them check the computer since it showed as in-stock online. They had 7 in the system, but none were out. So he checked the back, and they were there. It seems lately that BB employees refuse to go in the back for anything. They claim that everything is out. Well, this is proof that everything is NOT always out...

Re: Best Buy Weekly Ad 1/3/10 - 1/9/10

Best Buy emailed me a 10% off movies/games coupon, so before this weeks sales ended I picked up blu-ray sets of Bones S4, Sons of Anarchy S1, Lie to Me S1, and Prison Break S1 all for $24 each.
