There will likely be no signing requirement. If it is a rural delivery the postal service may leave a notice that there is a package and keep it at the local office.

I guess that depends on the package and your postal delivery person. I live in a rural area and they leave everything all over the place here. In my mailbox, if it fits, or on my porch, or even inside the garage if the door is open. I never have to sign anything.

I got my first order from Walmart.com yesterday. It came through the US Postal Service, so it was just left in my mailbox. The item I ordered came through UPS Mail Innovations which ships out through UPS then UPS ships it through the postal service. It really doesn't make much sense to me, but somehow it makes it cheaper for them, I guess. I'm not sure if that's how they do all their products or not. I had free shipping. But I wouldn't doubt that's what they use for everything.

I have a better solution for you. Wal-mart has a ship to store option. You order the item you want and they'll send it to the store of your choice. They'll have it there for 30 days.
