How does Amazon work with these deals?

Do you have to pay for them right there and then, or can you gather them throughout the day and pay for them at one time?

I really want to take advantage of some deals this weekend, but don't want to pay oodles in shipping. (You can tell I don't order from Amazon alot...)

Mao, right now they have their amazon prime membership for a free 30-day trial. You should Check it out cause then you won't have to pay shipping.

I tried gathering up stuff in my cart today and everything that was on sale earlier today went up in price once I chose my final item. I didn't want to pay shipping for each individual item, so I guess I really saved money since now I don't want anything. Good to know for the future though.

Took the advice of another poster and even though the price went up in my Amazon cart, it actually went down when I ordered it. Thanks for the tip!

I was hoping Amazon was going to do better than $64.99 for the Star Trek Original Motion Picture Collection - Blu Ray. It was this price most of the week. The other Box sets for Thursday's featured deals appear to be more heavily discounted. Do you think Amazon will lower this box later today?

I'd pick them up for resale if they were in standard cases. But the Bond ten pack appears to be a box with ten discs in it. And those ten titles include some that are pretty bad IMO. This set is for the Bond completist only. But I suspect that a lot of them will be ordered as gifts for fathers and the like.

And it doesn't even include any of the titles I still need. Yeah, this is a pass. Helluva deal for anyone that doesn't own any of the Bond titles yet... I don't think we'll ever beat last year's deal...

Yes, the ones I want are not out yet and last year's deal was AMAZING!

At $6 each (which is around what I paid back then), this does come pretty close, although I'm not fond of that packaging if it's just a collection of those cheapo boxed sets.

What was last year's deal? I don't have any of the Bonds yet, so I'm thinking 10 for $60 is a pretty good deal.
