Didn't see the movie but will probably blind-buy.

Well, not all bad that it's mentioned twice. One more opportunity for people to see this killer deal for a very, very good movie. I'd pay this much to just see 2 hours of still photos of Emily Blunt and Amy Adams in HD.

You don't have to believe me, but they're basically giving it away at this price only 2 months after it released.

I know people write about it, but rarely do I see really good new releases drop this much in such a short time. If it really did happen more, I'd probably not buy as many bds on release date.

Is this one worth upgrading for?

Just bought the SDDVD a few weeks ago used ($7.50). It's a Widescreen/fullscreen (same side), so quality is surely to leave more to be desired.. but is this a movie that warrants an HD presentation?

I had ordered it (BD) at bestbuy for $9.99 but thought about cancelling it.

They're pricematching Best Buy. Same deal in store.

True dat, especially 'cuz I don't always make a new post and "bump" the thread (instead simply updating the first post), so you might not catch the deal if you didn't check that thread every few days. This one really needed to be highlighted with its own thread. Like dolphinboy, I'm amazed this title came down so much so quickly, and the deal lasts through the end of the year! Awesome. Blind buying.

I haven't seen this one, but I like the actresses a lot. For this price, it seems like a pretty safe blind buy.

It's definitely not a girly movie. In fact, some girls would probably be turned off by some of the more graphic scenes. It's a very good movie. I'd be tempted to buy it at this price, if I had any money at all. Though I'm not sure I would watch it again (but that's about the case with any movie I buy. I just don't have the time). But if I did buy it, I might actually pop it in if I got the chance to watch something and was in the mood for this type of film. It's definitely worth $10. And my wife and I love Amy Adams, so we'd probably get it just for her alone. She was great in this.

I enjoyed this movie as well. I especially liked all of the detail in the story as the Amy Adams character learned the policies and procedures of her new job.
