Just ordered the Bourne Trilogy for $59 (it's on backorder for a couple weeks though) and the Halloween Starter Pack: Dawn of the Dead (Remake)/Land of the Dead/the Thing 3 pack for $34.99 (that's $11.66 each film..haven't seen any of them go that low yet). Nice price on the Rocky boxset, will probably put in an order soon for that. I just ordered Star Trek Season 3, got an even better price on that since it showed up in my quick pick today for $53.

Wow, looking at that updated list just reminds me of how much money I'm spending in November, because usually you come into a thread like this and you see a few titles that affect you and that's it. But that's pretty much my entire order for November (and a lot of December) in the OP.

Sure hope that Forrest Gump and Chasing Amy get matched to the BB sale. I believe they're the only 2 "holdouts" that I have left.

For those who did pre-order a lot of those titles, just be careful. I know some people say that it takes a day or 2 for prices to change in your order, but the system has been very inconsistent with my orders. Some of my pre-orders had the new, lower price immediately, some didn't change after several days. And I've had 2 items recently (a new release CD and DVD) that both dropped in price before they shipped, where Amazon didn't drop the price at all before charging me and didn't send me and e-mail with the usual price match guarantee notice letting me know that I'd be getting credit back. I had to call on both.

With these deals being so good and November being a $300/month, I took no chances, because almost half of my prices had not changed in my order despite dropping on the page they were listed for sale. I canceled and re-ordered and it was a hassle, but it saved me quite a bit of money.

the 13.99 price point for mask of zorro is about 2 dollars cheaper than what it would cost in the s movie set comming out the same day, It would be nice if amazon would lower the movie collection price by a couple of dollars for those of us who are buying the box set instead.

I sold my copy of legend of zorro off a few months ago when i preorderd the box set, so i cant adjust my order, but still 15.99 a movie for both zorros when you buy the set isnt to bad just hope it drops down a little more before release

Kind of disappointed they never got to discounting Forrest Gump and Chasing Amy. Amazon has been really good at making sure to keep up with the best prices and Forrest Gump with the BB deal isn't even the best deal. I saw it for $19.99 at Overstock. Also, they DID discount the chocolate box set and it's only $1 more than the regular BD. I have no idea what in there but a fake pic of candy and a booklet, but I just don't like those big boxes.

Chasing Amy and District 9 would have been icing on the cake making all my purchases for November (the most I've ever spent on bds or dvds and cds in one month in my entire life) and December having been discounted.

District 9 went down a few dollars, but not anywhere close to 30%.

Oh well. This kind of sale is actually better than most of those DD or DVD planet deals where they jack up the price on so much of their inventory, you only save on a limited amount of items. I'd like to see BB do this more often, because with Amazon matching, I really saved a lot of money.

I think we are now getting to the point where in 19.99 is going to start being the price point of new releases their first week. It took a wee bit longer than it did for dvd but atleast we are now there it appears.
