the price match while instore managers and cs people might lead you to believe its a offer, and that they dont have to accept the match and the coupon, dont believe them, fight for the price match and the coupon, There is nothing in the printed policy in the store either in the flyers, on the back of the recipet or on the copy of the policy hanging on the wall at cs saying that you can not use a coupon when you get a price match.
And according to the supervisor at bestbuys headquaters they are suppose to accept both. do what i did if you must and call them right there from the customer service line on your phone.
What is this 1800 number? I think I might have to resort to this because they were reluctant to take the coupon of Snow White but I got it for 3 dollars of course with my reserve already there.

Never once have I ever seen a manufacturer's coupon scan correctly at BB....and I'm not just talking about online printed coupons, but also the normal, glossy paper, two sided factory printed ones that are included with some discs....
The only coupons I have seen work there correctly just by them scanning them are their own store coupons, and even then I have seen many times where they didn't get correctly applied either....

I had no issue with the Snow White or Pinocchio ones there.

Yea, I've always just asked them to manually enter them.

Re: TinkerBell and the Lost Treasure - $10 off BD

What I was told is that all manufacturers coupons are manually entered after pressing some F key on their keyboard. Scanning the bar code only works on select coupons and Best Buy coupons, as I was told this morning by a CSR that I know.

Was able to get the Disney Fairies lantern with my two blu rays and the photo album too!! $25 bucks out the door.

Again, Thanks OP!!!

They gave me a very hard time with this coupon today at Wal-Mart. I ended up waiting nearly a half hour in line because they were having to call places to verify that it wasn't a fake. In the end, I'm not sure it was worth waiting around that long.

Very strange....you would think they'd be all the same, but I wonder if their computers at the registers are programmed differently on a store by store basis, as the Snow White coupon had to be manually applied when I used it at my local BB (it would not just scan)....

No problems at TRU today, $12.xx for a new release BD is a bargain and I came home to a very happy 2.5 year old daughter. Thanks OP!

Neither one scanned at the BB here either. Both had to be manually entered.

I recommend that if you are buying this at TRU that you pick up a preorder card for "Up"
if you put down a $5 deposit on "Up" you get $5 off on the spot on any Disney dvd or blu 14.99 and up (which would include Tink) ... if you wind up buying "Up" at TRU you have just saved an additional $5 if not you aren't out anything

and you point is what?
if TRU has the cheaper price you buy at TRU keep the BB steelbook and get a refund for your BB preorder

there is nothing that states the steelbook has to be returned if you seek a refund on the preorder

Re: TinkerBell and the Lost Treasure - $10 off BD

Got this for $13.67 total after coupon and taxes at WM. Another Christmas present complete!

Two Targets didn't have the BD version. So I caved and went to WM to find a better price and only two more in stock. I told the other person who picked up the BD version about the coupon.

The $10 coupon works on the regular DVD version. I saw it in TRU and another poster did it in Target.

I picked this up at TRU yesterday with the coupon, no problems. It came to $13 and change.

Also went to TRU. I can't believe I bought it, but a new release BD for 11.99 is a steal no matter what it is.

Re: TinkerBell and the Lost Treasure - $10 off BD

Went to Best buy today and one guy got involved in my purchase and said that the price match is a special offer, it's one or the other with the coupon. I looked it up now it's a policy.
