I swear I just saw a shelf tag for Transformers for $10 also.

Disagree! I would have never found this otherwise!

Looks like Target is having a similar sale. I went to target.com, and looked for blu-rays, and sorted by lowest price. A lot of blu's for $10:

Examples:
Entrapment
Crank
Napoleon Dynamite
Phone Booth
Dude, Where's My Car

If the $5 coupon is still active...

You MIGHT be right, but I'm not sure. The tag said TRANS or TRANS SE. I saw another that said TRNS2 right next to it, so it looked like Transformers and Transformers 2, but I find that hard to believe. I found another location with Transformers still marked 24.96. This walmart didn't have any working price scanners, and the checkout lines were too long, so I couldn't find out for sure.

I got Near Dark at WM around 6 weeks ago. I haven't seen it since. It isn't part of the new $10 rack at my local stores, but I'm sure it's still out there somewhere...

TRANS, TRANS SE and TRNS2 could be referring to The Transporter films, but I'm not positive. Considering that many of the titles being spotted are Fox titles, though, it is a safe bet.

I think those are for Transporter and Transporter 2.

I picked up I, Robot for $10 at my local W-mart earlier today. They had Transporter, Transporter 2, Near Dark, and 28 Days Later. I was hoping I would find Kingdom of Heaven but no luck.

My Bloody Valentine is the original? I'd gladly buy some off that list but I'd also be surprised if any of the 3 carried more than one of them that I wanted.

That list is bigger than what their normal selection is, at all 3 stores combined :(

That would make perfect sense. I could only think of Transiberian, which was located elsewhere. I knew it couldn't be Transformers for that price...

Was the shelf tag labeled $5, or you just scanned it? I love that movie! I'd buy that for 5 bucks for sure. It is $18.36 online. :( I already have it in HD. Saved it on my DVR from over a year ago. But I'd love to get that space back...

My local Wal-mart is fairly small and doesn't have alot of high traffic. But I didn't remember seeing these titles displayed the way they were before the 6th. I think Wal-marts in different cities will put these out at different times, because my brother works at one in another city and he told me they had put theirs out weeks before I told him about these. But I don't know for sure though. And thank you to all who welcomed me to the forums, I just heard of this site yesturday and all your information is extremely invaluable.

I saw Die Hard for $10 there

re: Walmart / walmart.com discounts and deals on Blu-ray

Mine had: Live Free and (Suck) Die Hard, Independence Day, Day After Tomorrow, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Man on Fire, Passion of the Christ, Princess Bride (with Dvd), Cast Away, and The Wrestler all for $12 on Blu. Had to snatch Princess Bride that price, and was looking to get The Wrestler for a bit, so also got that one. Surprised to see retailers aggressively pricing Blu-Ray so low, as I figured the big appeal for them would be to gouge customers with higher pricing for the premium product. Oh well.

Awesome, thanks! I'll have to hunt that one down... A lot of these $10 titles are great deals, but 5 bucks is friggin unreal...

Mine had the Transformers 2 Big Screen edition over those shelf tags for 10 bucks. I didn't buy it since I already own it.

Target had other blu-rays in the back of the store in Thornton, Colorado. This is where I found "Entrapment" and others.

FYI: This is the Wal-Mart thread

I went to one last night and found nothing new except for Lethal Weapon. Otherwise it's the same seven titles as before.
