Yesterday I noticed the Fox $12 titles with the Rio cash including all of the ones mentioned, plus Night at the Museum and Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian. I also noticed the DVD versions have "up to 7.50" admission, while the blu-rays are "up to $10.00" Rio movie cash.

You don't mean this do you when you say "Night at the Museum and Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian." do you? That would be incredible if that was the deal.

Nope, the NatM films are the individual releases and $12 each, not $12 for both

Here's the display at my WalMart...

http://img251.imageshack.us/img251/9...riowalmart.jpg

$12 w/ $10 MovieCash:
  • Ice Age 1
  • Ice Age 2
  • Ice Age 3
  • Night at the Museum
  • Night at the Museum: Battle for the Smithsonian
  • Tooth Fairy
  • Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief
  • Aliens in the Attic
  • Marmaduke
  • Horton Hears a Who

Down the aisle they still had had The Secret of NIMH and All Dogs Go To Heaven for $10 on blu w/ the $10 MovieCash.

Some of the DVD double sets might be worth it... if I still bought DVDs. ;)

No Nimh or All Dogs at my Walmart :(

My Wal-Mart has just pulled the $6 Blu-Ray display that had films such as Cujo, Rambo films, Stargate, Universal Soldier and others.

Just thought I'd post in case anyone wants any of these and your store still has the display up. It may not be for very much longer.

I ordered ADGtH and SoN from somewhere else but I have yet to see them at WM anywhere!

I grabbed X Men 2 for $10. Somehow lost my copy so good deal to replace it.

I can't believe that I already own every single one of those damn titles on BD.

It's easy to believe for anyone who looks for BD bargains (and went to Walmart on BF or went to HW Video closing sales which is where I picked most of these up). I don't have Tooth Fairy or Marmaduke (which was $10 on BF), and I'll be waiting for $5-$8 prices on those 2.

Looks like there may be a new display about to go up, so keep your eyes open at your local stores.

I was at the local one and they had one of the 4 sided setups in the center aisle which had 2 sides of $12 and 2 sides of $8. It had obviously just been put up not too long before I got there since the kid was just putting the blu rays out and had the list taped to the display.

I managed to take a few pics which didn't come out the best, so I'm listing those that I can remember..

$12 BLU RAYS

The A Team
Crazy Heart

Cyrus
Date Night
Hot Tub Time Machine
Just Wright
Knight And Day
Machete
Marmaduke
Mirrors 2
Percy Jackson & The Lightening Thief
Predators
The Tooth Fairy
Unstoppable
Vampires Suck
Wall Street 2

$8 BLU RAYS

Rocky
Rocky 2
Rocky 3
Ronin
Rush Hour 3
Swordfish
Tango & Cash
Terminator 3
Under Siege 2
Windtalkers
Walking Tall
Blow
Body Of Lies
The Brave One
A Bridge Too Far
Enter The Dragon
Firewall
Flyboys
The Green Berets
Heartbreak Ridge
Hoosiers
Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang
Misery
Natural Born Killers Directors Cut
Out Of Time

I'm sure there are a few others since the display was only half done, but still some decent titles in there

$8 is a great price on Enter the Dragon. A must-buy, IMO.

Will bite on Kiss Kiss Bang Bang at that price.

Fun movie. Loved Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. Robert Downey Jr was firing on all cylinders with the humor and Michelle Monaghan topless is a must see.

Mine didn't have a $12 or $8 display but they did have a tiny $6 one with Cujo.

Twelve O'Clock High is $15 at the WM I went to today, still $20 at Amazon.

If anyone can't find these displays it's because they're supposed to be set up on the 9th. So you'll probably start seeing them in the next few days.

And for those that want to try to get some of the BR's early, the ones on the display have different UPC stickers on them. So the regular ones on the shelf will scan at the regular price, and the ones on the display will have the "sale" price.

While at Walmart today I saw them setting up a new endcap with $10 blus with X-men tickets. The only ones in stock were Bablyon A.D. and Hitman. The appears to be about 20-25 titles.

Looks like a $10 endcap for Fathers Day is going up too.

Saw spots for...

Jonah Hex
The Dark Knight
Batman Returns
Kellys Heroes/Where Eagles Dare Double Feature (I believe that's right)
Twister
Knocked Up

and plenty more. Will check it out tomorrow and try and get a more comprehensive list and possibly pictures

I don't know if it's considered bad form to post a link to another(rival?) website, but a poster over at blu-ray.com has a list of the $10 titles with pictures-

Several that would be perfect for my comic book-themed Make Your Own Challenge this month, but if I were to indulge in any it would be Twister, which I've been meaning to get and kept forgetting to buy. A couple weeks ago we re-watched it during a week of severe weather and I was reminded just how much I enjoyed it. I bet it's stunning in HD.

Was at my local WM today and they had the stands and the price tags all set up, but the shelves were all empty. They had tons of boxes blocking half the movie aisle, so I'm assuming the blu rays were inside, waiting to be put on the shelves.
