My 3rd set of the original batch of orders shipped today, and my in-stock items from last week's deal has shipped. All I have left are my 6 pre-orders. :)
But somehow I managed to buy 2 titles twice. OOPS! |

I totally forgot about my order til I got a shipping notice today :-). My order included True Blood and that was probably the hold up. Ordered it on Monday after all the fiasco....

My order from the 17th came in yesterday. One case was cracked at the top, but the discs were fine. Also, all movies that were supposed to have slipcovers had them. Awesome deal.

Finally got the shipping notice on my third and final order from Aug. 17... I think Chuck Season One was the hang-up.

My Aug 27th order from wave two of the sale shipped yesterday, 8 titles in total. The only thing not shipped was the Fringe pre-order, which should follow next week I guess.
And for any Canadians out there, I used my Canadian credit card with a Canadian billing address but shipped it to a US address. |

got the first of three orders I have charge for (one is still outstanding). WTF can't companies pack stuff a little more securely. Throw a little more "paper" in there to protect the $60 retail items. The case of John Adams BR came damaged and I have a floater in one of the 4-packs. Another has some kind of loose stuff that sounds like small bits of plastic.
Has anyone had experience in them replacing damaged order? |

I like to refer to that slipcover list (all studios). In the OOP cases, like Beetlejuice, for example, mine came from Warner without it. |

EDIT: I just called a CSR, and they're sending me a replacement copy of Aviator. The Blu-ray itself is fine, so I guess I'll just give it to a friend. It's always nice when companies don't make you return the damaged product. Also, she told me the other titles would ship as soon as they were in stock, so hopefully I'll get them next week. |

i received 6 instock discs today in a shoddy, partially torn bubble mailer. no loose sounding discs though and everything seems fine so far. i have three preorders left

Got my final order today.

Got my second order in a bubble envelope on Tuesday. Chuck S1 sounded a bit suspicious, but all the discs were secure.
