Well, one of my cards was fully charged, and the other one has 2 authorizations. So potentially all of my stuff has shipped. The fully charged one is from my 2nd order. I received a shipping notice on my 3rd order. The 1st order no longer shows in my account, so I'll be happy once that becomes an actual charge (that one was made without BLUBUY5--I didn't want to cancel and re-order, even though I could have saved a lot of money)

My order still shows processing and my pending charge in my bank account has disappeared. still no shipping confirmation.
When placing my order the only one that showed any sign of delayed shipping was Interview with the Vampire, saying that it would ship in 5 business days. Now my account shows that all are in stock. I have no idea what is going on. |

It'll ship, don't worry. If they were going to cancel, they wouldn't have started shipping them out yesterday.

Have any of the folks who canceled their orders received refunds? I still show an authorization charge for my first order, which I canceled Saturday afternoon.

Has anyone who did checkout as a guest got a shipping notice for that order?
Just curious if I will get a shipping notice, or if they'll just show up. I got an order confirmation email, so I would assume I'd get a shipping one too. |

Was UPS a paid shipping option? I chose free shipping and my invoice says it's shipping First Class Mail which I assume is USPS.

I did the guest checkout, and a charge for $68.xx was pending on my card for a few days. It's gone now, so I assume my order was canceled. Oh well.

email them. I did they said that it would still go thru, they just are backordered. If you have your reciept they have to honor it-

Just got delivery of my first order. No shipping notice, it just showed up.
I also had a couple orders pre-authorized on my card, but fell off after deadline. No doubt they should still go through. |

Neither of my two order from early AM monday morning have created shipping notices nor any pending charges on my credit card. Now, I'm worried. I did both order as a guest with two different emails and credit cards. I have order confirmations for both orders.

Both of my orders stated "Your order contains items which may take a few days to ship. Please see below for details." I had a few items that say "ships within 5 business days"... If you had any items that have a longer shipping window...then your entire order will be delayed a bit. Hopefully these start shipping out tomorrow or sometime early next week. |

I'm being patient. Haha. I'm just saying that it looks a little grim when compared to other's stories with similar time frames for placing their orders. None of the items in my two orders were listed as out of stock or needing more than 5 days. In fact, both orders showed all items as being delivered on the estimated date of the 21st..... tomorrow.

I just received my Red2Blu order and one of my blade runner discs was scratched to hell (and they send me someone elses order - which they said I could ship it back or not, didn't matter) so I called and also asked about my wbshop order and she was able to look it up. Apparently Interview with the Vampire was on backorder and should be in stock soon (was one of the titles that said ships in 5 days) and once that was received it would ship.
So anyone with an order containing backorder/ship in 5 days notices that is why your order hasn't shipped yet. Oh, and they're sending me a new copy of Blade Runner :) |

I have that 8/21 delivery date too...for both of my orders. It must be some auto-generated date based on order dates or something. Pretty confusing when it says that some of my items won't ship for 5 business days. So far...it looks like some orders are going through...and that gives us all hope! |
