Ugh...I do not have time to deal with this. Shouldve stuck with Amazon...not going to have time to call until Friday.

I can't seem to find either of the two on the website right now. Even clicked directly from the e-mail, but got error pages. That's WB for you!

No confirmation emails for me either, but both of my orders do show up on the website, and are correct.

I decided not to wait for the 25% off coupon to work on Oz. I figure that LoTR Trilogy is costing me $52 with the 25% off coupon, and the Gone With the Wind and Wizard of Oz box sets end up as Buy 1 at $65 get 1 free ($32.50 each) with the B2G1 coupon.

Saw some new Blu-ray deals at Costco today. Here's what I recall:
Fox 2-packs for $22.49
Patton/Sand Pebbles
Battle of Britain/A Bridge Too Far
X-Files/X-Files 2
Fox Titles for $13.99
Kingdom of Heaven
Daredevil
Master & Commander
Cast Away
Dodgeball
Edward Scissorhands
There were more but that's what I can remember.

Thanks for the WBshop codes!! $125.93 for Gone With The Wind, The Wizard Of Oz, and The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy Blu Ray sets. Even when the winter holday sales/bargains get going, I suspect it would be difficult to pick the above Blus for less than $42 a set.

GWTW will work with the 25% off and B2G1, but Oz won't get the 25% coupon to work on it, or work as the freebie for the B2G1, BUT it can be a qualifier as one of the two purchased....
Add them like this:
First, add LOTR, then Oz, then GWTW last....then apply the 25% off coupon code, then the B2G1 coupon code....using this method you should be paying 52.46 for LOTR, 64.95 for OZ, and GWTW will be free.....total of 117.41 with free shipping (depending on where you live, you might pay sales tax too)....
Pretty good deal as it is 39.14 a set, or actually 23.48 a film....I still won't bite though, don't want that crazy huge-sized packaging or the theatrical Rings...
I just realized, why doesn't the WB site have the second season of CHUCK up for pre-order yet? Damn, I'd happily stack that with Terminator S2 and Fringe S1 for a deal....

As for Chuck - its not up yet because they might delay it to coincide with Season 3s premiere in (possibly) March 2010.

The B2G1 code(783A42xp) is now dead. At least it is for me.
EDIT: It appears that you can still use the code on the titles that are already on sale at 20% off. Unfortunately, I can't get it to work on the GWTW, Wizard of Oz and LOTR Trilogy trifecta.

I'm glad I ordered LOTR last night. I'm surprised they are still allowing the 25% and 30% discount on it, but it can no longer act as the buy 1 part of the B2G1F code. Bummer...

Re: One/Only HD/BD Bargains Thread Pt. IV: Back To Bargains
Is anyone having issues with their WBSHop orders not showing up? I placed the order, had my card hit with the temp charge, but never received a confirmation email for the order, and when I log in on the website, it states...
"You have not placed an order with us yet."
Can anyone help?
"You have not placed an order with us yet."
Can anyone help?
Called them on Wednesday...they said they didn't have the order in their system at all, and to give it 24 hours and call back.
Called them on Thursday. No order in their system, and they even checked my credit card to see if an order matched it...nope. They had me fax over proof that the charge was pending on my account, and told me they'd call back. (They didn't.)
Called them just now. Was told I needed to fax something over showing the posting of the charge, not that it was pending. Explained that I had pre-orders until September on that order, and that I wasn't inclined to wait until then for a resolution. Put me on hold to talk to his supervisor...during which I checked my card to find that the pending charge had fallen off completely. He advised that the supervisor needed something showing my balance before and after the charge (wtf???), and I informed him of the new development. I asked him at that point if we could just set up the order with the two codes (even though one is expired) given the circumstances. On hold again to talk to the supervisor.
When he comes back, he says that the supervisor stated that the system only allows one code, and the fact that I used two probably voided the order out in their system...and that they'd only be able to use one code if we're replacing the order...which means I'm taking my business back to Amazon.
*sigh* Frustrating.

The Fry's in Anaheim/Fullerton, CA (off the 91 Frwy) has Chronicles of Riddick for 9.99.. I thought it was a misprint since the 2-disc set with both Riddick movies is 30.00, but it's not.
Thats a damn good price. Best Buy is selling that same movie for 22.00.

Re: One/Only HD/BD Bargains Thread Pt. IV: Back To Bargains
Here's some of the more recent BJ's Wholesale Club (YMMV) BDs with instant rebates (watch out, some of these expire tomorrow!). Most are meh, but the $8.99 for some Warner titles was a fair deal, I thought:
Through 06/28 - Valkyrie [BLU-RAY]: $22.99 ($27.99 - $5 IR)
Through 06/28 - Paul Blart: Mall Cop [BLU-RAY]: $20.99 ($27.99 - $7 IR)
Through 06/28 - Underworld: Rise of the Lycans [BLU-RAY]: $20.99 ($27.99 - $7 IR)
Through 06/28 - Confessions of a Shopaholic [BLU-RAY]: $24.99 ($29.99 - $5 IR)
Through 06/28 - The Pink Panther 2 [BLU-RAY]: $22.99 ($27.99 - $5 IR)
Through 06/28 - Friday the 13th [BLU-RAY]: $21.99 ($26.99 - $5 IR)
Through 06/28 - Inkheart [BLU-RAY]: $21.99 ($26.99 - $5 IR)
Through 07/07 - *Summer Warner BD Blitz [BLU-RAY]: $8.99 ($13.99 - $5 IR)
Through 07/19 - The Tale of Despereaux [BLU-RAY]: $20.99 ($27.99 - $7 IR)
Through 07/19 - Frost/Nixon [BLU-RAY]: $20.99 ($27.99 - $7 IR)
Through 07/19 - Transformers [BLU-RAY]: $22.99 ($27.99 - $5 IR, includes the $10 mail-in rebate for owners of the DVD)
*Summer Warner BD Blitz - The instant rebate applies to any BD with the SKU #679774, but here's what I saw at my club in Charlotte:
