Too easy. Paul W.S. Anderson has made bad movies that are watchable, good movies, and one great movie. Uwe Boll hasn't made anything that's worth watching.

Aside from AvP, which is wretched, Paul WS Anderson usually makes fun, silly entertainment. The only Boll film I've enjoyed was Postal.

Both are absolutely horrible. Uwe Boll's career is like a huge middle finger to cinema, where as Paul W.S. Anderson actually seems to care, he's just a shitty filmmaker. So Anderson gets the cake, but they both suck.

Fuck it, I'm voting Uwe Boll... they are both equally terrible directors, but I enjoy Boll's personality a lot more and he's actually somewhat intelligent (listen to some of his interviews Creative Screenwriting podcast had a good one) and I have to believe that means his movies contain some sense of humor about themselves. Anderson I think actually thinks he's a competent filmmaker...
Event Horizon is pretty good, I'll give Paul that.. I like the movie, but it's not a masterpiece by any stretch of the imagination. I just for some reason find Anderson's movies more offensively bad, and Boll's are just bad. Neither makes really "fun" bad movies from what I've seen.
I've only watched the first few minutes of Rampage, but word on the street is that it's pretty good, if that holds true they are tied with the same amount of good movies.

Re: Paul W.S. Anderson or Uwe Boll?
I don't understand all the hate for Paul W.S. Anderson. He's done one of the best video game-to-movie adaptations (Mortal Kombat, which still isn't saying much but still better than all the other video game movies) and he has done one of the best horror films in recent times (Event Horizon).
The only good movie that Uwe Boll has done is Rampage.

I've never seen a watchable Uwe Boll film.
I have seen several watchable Paul WS Anderson films.
I enjoy Event Horizon and Resident Evil. And when I was 12, I loved Mortal Kombat (although not sure how I'd feel about it as an adult...yeah!)
