Anyone have luck disputing netflix?

Has anyone had any luck getting their money back for a disc lost? When i cancelled I mailed everthing back and they said they didn't receive one. I called them and they said to bad so sad dispute it with my cc, will that help me?

i had troubles with netflix several years ago. I placed order and the merchandise never arrived. They kept telling me that they shipped out three times...but I never receive anything from them. It took them several months to give me back the money to my credit card (about 40$)
It is possible that they forget to enter your return into the computer system. I have heard of complaints about Netflix.
You should check your credit card policy .- Mine has insurance agaisnt lost, damage, theft on merchandise purchased using credit card. So in the case that if i place an order and never recieve it or if it was damaged or stolen, it should be taken care of.
In your case, if you use the credit card to pay for the rental of movie, you may be limited to the cost of rental or the actual cost of the item (?). I am not too sure, you should call your credit card to talk to customner service.
