Seinfeld is currently doing a Reddit IAMA and the following answer was in response to a fan asking, “What is the most mundane thing you and Larry have obsessed over?”

"We never obsess over anything that isn’t mundane. Most recent was intentional mumbling. We wrote this script for this thing that you will eventually see but I can’t reveal what it is at this time. All I can do is tell you is that it’s big, huge, gigantic. Even bigger than that Amazon package."

After Clear History I think I've had my fill of Larry David for a while. :shudder:

"Working on something huge" is their code for giving a DVDtalk member a handie.

The only thing that Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David could work on that would be huge, and actually huge would miss the mark by quite a large margin would be a full blown revival of Seinfeld. I could possibly see a 10-13 episode revival on HBO, or exclusive to HBOGO. That would be "huge".

However they probably mean they are working on a comedy version of the fifty foot man or something.

If Curb Your Enthusiasm never existed a Seinfeld revival on HBO could have been just as good or better than the original. Considering all the Seinfeld stories that were too racy for NBC ended up as Curb episodes.

A ten or thirteen episode HBO season of Seinfeld would blow people's minds.

New episodes of Seinfeld or a movie would be amazing but I don't know if I can see it actually happening. It just seems too good to be true especially given what they've said about it in the past and that the reunion on Curb Your Enthusiasm would be the closest we'd get.

I wonder which Marvel character Larry will play.

Jerry said on his Louis CK episode of "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee" that SEINFELD had a finite life because those characters wouldn't have worked in their 50s...only in their 30s - so it's doubtful we'll ever see more SEINFELD.

Maybe they're doing a stage play together...that would be interesting.

Jerry Seinfeld will play Lex Luthor in the Batman Versus Superman movie. Larry David will play an updated version of Otis.

Might be more effective the other way around.
