Dexter: The Complete Seventh Season already shipped from Amazon. I'm also kind of curious about Texas Chainsaw 3D despite the negative things I've heard about it. Might just rent that though.

Ghostbusters--don't have the original Blu-ray release, and I applied some credit at Amazon to get the disc for about $9.
Already received the disc this morning from Amazon; again, don't have the original Blu, so I can't compare, but from what I've watched so far it looks very nice.

I'm only remembering the original DVD edition, but I don't recall anything on there of substance in terms of supplements. Maybe if they had used some of the extras from the Criterion laserdisc...
