Based on some screenshots at AVS it looks like Ghostbusters may be worth the upgrade. Surprising but true.

Dexter: The Complete Seventh Season already shipped from Amazon. I'm also kind of curious about Texas Chainsaw 3D despite the negative things I've heard about it. Might just rent that though.

Ghostbusters--don't have the original Blu-ray release, and I applied some credit at Amazon to get the disc for about $9.

Already received the disc this morning from Amazon; again, don't have the original Blu, so I can't compare, but from what I've watched so far it looks very nice.

yet it's movie only - so if your someone who like 'extras' - look away and buy the prior edition.

I grow less and less interested in bonus features as the years go on--the only things I'm really interested in at this point are commentaries and extensive making-of documentaries, and with the former, it'd likely be something I would listen to once.

I'm only remembering the original DVD edition, but I don't recall anything on there of substance in terms of supplements. Maybe if they had used some of the extras from the Criterion laserdisc...
