Re: Zombie Ass: Toilet of the Dead (2012)
I bet that director held his head high and called his parents when he got that job. "Mom, Dad", he said, "I got the job on Zombie Ass. It was tough, but I got it!"
How does one make a movie called Zombie Ass and stay on task? If people show up late, do you chide them for not understanding what they're trying to do with Zombie Ass? Do the prop master and cinematographer constantly fight over how well the Zombie Ass of the title is being shot? Is the writer crying to anyone who listens about how they're butchering his vision of how epic Zombie Ass was meant to be?
Nah, they probably didn't let the writer on set.
I hope that Zombie Ass is good, and the talented people behind this can go onto great things. When that director makes the long-awaited A Catcher In The Rye, or pulls off the depth and difficulty of Gravity's Rainbow, or epically translates the nature of conflict and espionage in M.A.S.K. - The Movie, we'll be able to say we knew him when.
When he made Zombie Ass.
He'll laugh about Zombie Ass in interviews. James Lipton will recite lines from Zombie Ass with a caring smile. Peter Travers will like his future films and say "Zombie Ass smelled like a winner from the get-go".
So here's to you, Zombie Ass filmmakers. May it be the stepping stone you all hoped, dreamed and made it be!

Re: Zombie Ass: Toilet of the Dead (2012)
I'm confused. Are there zombies in the toilets or are people's asses turning into zombies?
It seems like the second, but the thread title would have us believe the first. Whether I watch this movie depends on the answer.

Which would be very telling if you decide to see it based on that particular answer...
