This looks like a cool episode. For anyone here who may have wondered, the man who played the former Mayor of Las Vegas last week was indeed the real deal and not an actor. His name is Oscar Goodman and he left office about 1 year ago.

And there is indeed a Mob Museum in Vegas, set to open in February 2012.

Is it just me or is Ted Danson starting to resemble an older version of Matthew Modine?

Good episode.

The chopper CGI was absolutely terrible though

That CGI chopper was going to be the first thing I mentioned. Beyond awful.

It was a really solid episode but all the attention paid to the new CSI, especially from Greg, felt out of place considering she's been there all of 5 minutes. Hell I haven't even memorized her name yet. I also felt showing her break down at the end was weird. I get the enormity of the situation and the parallels with her daddy issues, but face it, the tears were a gender thing. You put a male with the same story in the same situation and there would be no tears. It just felt like the writers toying with the audience to make us feel more for her character than we really do since we really don't know her.

OR I'm way over analyzing it.

Didn't like this ep.

The stuff with the new csi in the chopper was boring and paint by number bad action movie stuff.

She should be fired or suspended for losing her gun so easily and causing the deaths of the other people the chopper.
