As mentioned last week, D.B. has some of the quirkiness of Grissom. Hopefully the character continues to develop more.

I'm looking forward to seeing how they gradually write out Catherine.

wouldn't they have a male CSI collect the clothes?
I know Catherine and Brass had already convicted him and wanted to humiliate him but I figure he could sue them for his treatment

Solid. Damson is good.

It took the team way to long to figure out the identical confessions. I caught that right away. I guess it's easier as a viewer to catch that, but if this happened confessions would have played out over hours and different CSIs would have been involved in each.

Yeah, that whole scene was just strange and really doesn't make Catherine look good when, at the end of the season premiere, she talks about following the rules and I'd think there would be rules about that.

And yes, he could sue both the CSI unit and the Las Vegas Police Department for which the city would pay out to settle and both Catherine and Brass would either be suspended or even fired given what transpired at the end of the last season.

And speaking of which, I know it's for the drama of the show (just like how they can get results in a matter of seconds or minutes), but certainly those in Ray's crew would not have been allowed to work that scene... In fact, they might even bring in another unit from Reno or something to process and investigate.
