Did any of the slim "Family Guy" volumes other than 7 & 8 ever come with slipcovers?

Did any of the slim "Family Guy" volumes other than 7 & 8 ever come with slipcovers?
Well, did they? Of all the slim releases of the "Family Guy" volumes, 7 and 8 are the only ones I've found with slipcovers (which sucks).

I think the reason they've only released Volumes 7 and 8 with slipcovers is so that it would look more uniform for those of us that got the prior Volumes in the cardboard and slimcase package.

Yeah, I guess that makes sense. It sucks though, if I wanted to buy the slim sets, then 7 and 8 wouldn't match, and the slipcovers for 7 and 8 actually add something to the set.
