Definitive TV Western Collection - Anyone Own This?

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ef=oss_product

I picked this up on sale from Amazon for $44 bucks, and I am fairly pleased with the set. It comes with a wooden case and the front slides up. I have to say this is the most unique dvd case, although I get the feeling one could fetch some splinters if handled a lot.

A good number of the dvds comple in paper sleeves with no dvd art on the disc. Given the massive amount of content, I think I got my money's worth.

Anyone else own this?

I wish they would do something like that for old horror flicks or even better old serials.

Looks pretty nice. I watched a similar much smaller set recently, random episodes from 6 or so different old western series, including a couple I had never heard of before. I might pick this up when it goes back down to $44 or so.

44 Bucks? I got my set for $15!!! Every now and then some Retailor such as Amazon or Deep Discount will have a sale on these sets. Still, its one heck of a Bargain. I have all four of their Western TV Show Collections, as well as their Detective Show and Sci-Fi Show Collection.

I've had my eye on this set (and still considering in getting the Mill Creek 250 Family set). Regulus, are you sure it was the set with the wooden version. I've seen the 250 Western set go on sale but not this definitive version for under $20.
