Brooklyn's Finest 7-06-10

Anchor Bay will be releasing the Millennium Film Directed by Antoine Fuqua, starring Don Cheadle, Richard Gere, Ethan Hawke and Wesley Snipes on 7-6-2010.
So far, no word yet on the extras, but here is a peek at the DVD art:

Re: Brooklyn's Finest 7-06-10

Looks like the DVD and BD have been cropped to 1.78:1

OAR should be 2.35:1 from what I can read online (IMDB.com etc)

Can anyone confirm this? Thanks!

ChristianB, what you've mentioned about the cropped aspect ratio seems to conflict with this site's review of the DVD by Brian Orndorf where he mentions that the aspect ratio is 2.40:1.

Re: Brooklyn's Finest 7-06-10

Ok thanks!

I'm in Canada and VVS Films has the DVD and BD release - although I figured they would just use Anchor Bay's master. I will have to import Anchor Bay's BD from Amazon.com.
