Wow, they did so well, last week. Is it so hard to understand that a joke is funny once, but not when it’s repeated 100 times? The freaking audience isn’t even laughing!

The eff'n Gilly skit is the same thing every time it's done, and it's repetition within each skit makes it beyond painful.

She has a feature in this week's Entertainment Weekly... where Lorne Michaels says "She's up there in the top three women who have ever done the show." It's also noted that she did 124 skits last season, which was more than any other cast member.

yeah, that was my favorite moment of the night.

I tuned in to see Regina perform... usually I love her vocals on her albums and on the live tracks I've gotten off ITunes. Her voice sounded deeper than usual... maybe she has a cold, or maybe the sound system at SNL is weird?

Really Lorne? I would take any of the above, or even Molly Shannon or Cheri Oteri, before Kristen Wiig.

^Gilda, Jane, Jan, Laraine and Cheri, I can understand. But Nora Dunn and Mary Gross? Never cared for them. I like Wiig because she's so versatile. Top 3? No.
