Really? I'm surprised there are a few of you so down on the show.

Love the show, really looking forward to tonight. The guest star only sweetens the deal. I really wish they would've made her a full-time cast number right out of the gate.

From what they've said in interviews, they had the opportunity to get stars, but they wanted mostly fresh faces. I think it was a good move.

I like this show, but I feel it has lost a little of its step with each progressive episode. Hopefully KC will help it bounce back a bit.

Screw the rest of the cast, give me Kristin Chenoweth for 40 minutes weekly.
EDIT: Probably my favourite episode thus far. I liked last week's episode, but there wasn't enough music for me. Tonight's episode was chock full of substantial musical numbers. They were all fantastic. Especially "Alone," "Maybe This Time," and "Somebody To Love." There were those, then I think two or three more songs. That's what I want from the show, a good five or six songs per episode.

A girl I've known since pre-school was in this episode, so that was cool, but...
Three straight duds. This show better improve quickly.

You can't be serious! This episode was top notch. The story was good, moved the plot forward, and, most importantly, the musical numbers were the best of the season (and we got more of 'em than we did with the other episodes)

I reiterate what I said before about them keeping a good balance with the characters and the stories. Sue and Will's annoying wife were kept to a bare minimum so they could concentrate on what was going on in the glee club, and next week they're apparently delving more into the love triangle thing, yet still doing something with the club in the "boys vs. girls" setup they previewed.
This is what a series is all about. Don't resolve too much in the time you're given. Keep people coming back week after week to get a little bit more of the stories.
Amazing show, and another great episode!
I'm sure they'll be mortally crushed if you stop tuning in. The opinion of the masses is what will keep a great show like this on the air, not the faint harrumphing of an extreme minority.

another solid ep. "Somebody to Love" was for me best song thus far. show must be doing well as the cast is popping up all over the place. they rung the bell on Wall Street, multiple talk shows. something is going right and i hope it keeps going. the dubbing still has me a little jarred though.

Yup, even with the quick build-up of the April storyline, interspersing the ongoing plotlines with the musical song performance makes for one of the quickest hours on TV this season. Really enjoyed the last number of the episode, and also the songs performed by Kristin Chenoweth (though her first number was directed a tad too off-putting with the intercutting with Rachel).

Unfortunately there's no way around it. Even someone as talented as Kristin had to lip-synch!
Still laughing at some of the lines in this episode, especially Emma coming back from the ER and reporting to Will she got what they call the "full Silkwood".
And I am DEFINITELY going to be dreaming about April getting double-teamed in the shower by the football players for some time!
