rock song ID??
Ok, heard this song today now I cant remember the lyrics. It was some guy singing and guitar, I dont remember drums or anything else. But it opens up with lyrics something like "my mother told me to sit down next to her, sit down here my only son" and then it goes on about his mother giving him advice like 'live life slowly' and 'problems will come and they will go'. And the chorus was about something about being some sort of man an honest man or something like that. Sounded like a 1990s song or possibly late 80s or it may be even more recent
