Is the time on site still daylight savings?

Is there a way to change the time as it still says daylight savings is in effect and 1 hour ahead of actual. Just wondering...

Go to the User CP and then options. Scroll down near the bottom to the time zone settings and make sure that the DST Correction Option is set to automatically detect instead of being always on or always off.
