Luscious Jackson - Greatest Hits - 2/20/07 (+ kids album)

From Billboard

Here is the track list for "Greatest Hits":

"Naked Eye" [Fever In, Fever Out]
"Under Your Skin" [Fever In, Fever Out]
"Citysong" [Natural Ingredients]
"Deep Shag" [Natural Ingredients]
"Ladyfingers" [Electric Honey]
"Christine" [Electric Honey]
"Let Yourself Get Down" [In Search of Manny EP]
"Why Do I Lie?" [Fever In, Fever Out]
"Nervous Breakthrough" [Electric Honey]
"Strong Man" [Natural Ingredients]
"Beloved" [Electric Honey]
"Friends" [Electric Honey]
"Love Is Here" [A Life Less Ordinary soundtrack]
"69 Annee Erotique" [Ain't Nuthin' But A She Thing compilation]
"Here" [Natural Ingredients]
"Ladyfingers" (Kut Mastra Kurt remix)
"Naked Eye" (Tony Mangurian remix)
"Why Do I Lie?" (Pants On Fire remix)
"Nervous Breakdown" (Thievery Corporation remix)
Anyone else out there LJ fans? This pretty much picks all the singles they had + a few album tracks, remixes, and soundtrack cuts. It could probably use another track from their debut EP "In Search of Manny," a few more b-sides, and a lot less from "Electric Honey."

In other LJ news (from Pitchfork) a few months ago:

In a recent interview with MTV.com, Cunniff revealed that Luscious Jackson have emerged from retirement for the moment and have already completed an album of songs especially for children. They've yet to decide upon a title, and are still shopping around for a label.
...and LJ singer Jill Cunniff will be releasing a solo album on 2/20/07 as well. Details and streaming tracks are at her myspace site.

A greatest hits? The only song I ever heard of there's is Naked Eye. How do their other songs compare?

There is not too much Electric Honey, just the wrong songs. Gypsy and Space Diva should be on there.

BTW, Under Your Skin is not on Electric Honey, it's on Fever IN Fever Out.

might be nice to have the hits on one disc. their last two albums weren't that great on the whole. they did manage to rock on that tour though. i'd love to hear some live stuff!

Fixed. Thanks. I shouldn't have missed that - my favorite non-major-release from them is a 7 track promo CD of Naked Eye and Under Your Skin remixes (love the Propellerheads remix of Naked Eye).

I definitely like "Manny" and "Ingredients" the most. I got to see them only once during the tour for "Fever".

I always had a crush on Jill.
