The Official DVDTalk XBOX Live Gaming Schedule
With the blessing of L&O I've decided to start the XBox Live Gaming Calendar. I think this will be a good way to get people who may not normally play with the regulars here to get in on the action and make new XBL friends, also this will ensure that on the given nights there will be people to play with.
The Schedule as it stands is as follows.......
Sunday: FFA
Monday: COD2
Tuesday: COD2
Wednesday: Arcade Night (Street Fighter 2)
Thursday: Burnout Revenge
Friday: Halo2/COD2
Saturday: Burnout Revenge
Start Times are 7-8 P.M. EST to whenever people stop playing.
XBL Gamertag list by Golucky http://forum.dvdtalk.com/showthread.php?t=425666
Use the gamertag list to send friend invites if people don't have their gamertags in their sigs. Make sure to let people know that you are from DVDtalk when sending friend request.
If anyone has suggestions for Open nights or would like to change Canis's FFA nights post it here, also we can discuss the prior nights events here and that sort of thing. As a game lacks in popularity and new games come along I will change this list accordingly, so let me know when you all think a certain night is no longer necessary for a specific game and we will replace it with more popular title. If there is a title that everyone thinks we don't get to play enough maybe we can even dedicate a second night to it.
Also if anyone has Ideas for events and things that we could have that would be cool.
Last Edit* As was indicated by a few Arcade titles are released on Wednesdays currently Street Fighter 2 is available for download and will be the official Arcade title till something beats it (hopefully soon I'm not a SF2 guy
)

Cool, this has its own thread now. Good idea, Martin.
Looking forward to GRAW tonight. Right now I'd lean towards Burnout for every FFA night, but that might change depending on what GRAW multiplayer is like. I also feel like I should play Full Auto at least a little, if enough other people are up for it. Otherwise I'm thinking of finishing FA's single player mode and trading it in. Poor Full Auto...I think it's doomed now that Burnout's here.

It seems the most people are on between 8pm-11pm EST on weeknights(sun - thursday). Sometimes a bit earlier, or sometimes a bit later.
Friday can go later and usually does. Saturdays are spotty with people playing throughout the day and night. Just depends on how many people are on and in what games.
From my observation, anyways.

I barely use my Live account. Maybe between GRAW and Burnout I can fix that.

We should. It just happened that last wednesday both Burnout and GRAW came out, so everyone was trying out the new games.
I can't see Oblivion taking over Wednesday, since its a single player game. Sure, some will check it out, but once people start loading up DOA, they should switch to that.
Hopefully, anyways.

No.. Tuesday will not work for me, as I have work that night. Thats why I left tuesday as an open night.
Keep monday as the official GRAW night with tuesday being open to whatever people play.
Besides, who watches tv live anymore? Thats what vcrs and tivo/dvrs are for.

GRAW was a ton of fun last night! There are still a few commands that I don't have down and some of the controls seem a bit clunky but otherwise great game a good times last night. We had a full room the entire time I was on at least.
Tonight is a FFA night so I'm thinking of getting my Burnout Revenge Fix

There are a few GRAW players over at the TiVo Community forums too. Maybe we can set up a DVDTalk vs. TC GRAW battle?
