John Hodgman on The Daily Show?
I noticed they had John Hodgman (author of The Areas of My Expertise) on as a correspondent last night talking about Alan Greenspan. Is he on The Daily Show now?

I believe he's a new correspondent. I think he's hilarious, easily the best one they've added in a long time. He was on the show as a guest just a short while ago, too. They must have really liked him.

I didn't think the bit he did last night (or the night before) was funny at all. Maybe I'll watch it again since I was doing something else at the time, but I remember thinking that the joke he ended with was really weak.

I think he is funny. He is the first new correspondent that has his own style. All the others seem to just copy the style of Colbert, Helms, Corddry, etc.
His deadpan style is funny.

If he's on semi-regularly now, that's great news. Like all of the correspondents, I think he'll get better (funnier) with time. Some people forget how awkward and unfunny Rob Cordrey was when he first started.
