T2: Ultimate Edition--Question? (about the case)
I found a used copy of this today. Had a metal case. Was wondering what the back looked like because mine has a gap between sides, I had to somewhat bend those sides together to keep the DVD in place.

Seems like everytime they put out a metal case with this movie, there's always a problem. Either it's the EE and the case is too tight (causing shredding) or it's too loose with the UE and the plastic case falls out.
I still love 'em though...

It's not really two versions, it's just two different slipcovers. Me, I just wanted the ultimate features so I picked up a copy with a paper slipcover. Metal would've been nice but I never found one.

The metal case had a sheet of paper against the back of the case that had all the same stuff on it as the back of the inner case.
Now, if only I could trade my 1-disk version for a 2-disk one.

The EE has to have the worst packaging design ever. The metal part on mine ripped the plastic case all to hell the first time I opened it. I ended up just ripping the plastic film right off the case and putting the insert inside.

I don't know why they just didn't use cardboard instead of metal from the beginning -- would have saved them time and money. I ended up having to get a new keep case from them because mine was shredded to sh*t.
I ended up throwing away the damn metal piece of sh*t anyway. lol

I have the metal case 2 disk version (most desireable IMO) and never had any problems with the case.
I'd be happy to part with it though, since I have the EE as well. Anybody Paypal?
