Looks perfectly legit - here's another listing for it at dddhouse (one of my favorite HK sources) that also shows DTS, 2-disc and region-free:

I ordered this for the hell of it since I love the damn movie.
The DTS mix has a lot more LFE that is for sure. I am kinda debating whether I like this transfer or not. The colors seem to be washed out...I don't know if this was intentional or not to add to the mood of the picture.
The packaging is much nicer than the US release... a nice two sided slipcase.

Dont Bother its shit, the picture appaulingly cropped to hell! they even cut off the credits! and names of cast! morons! the pictures not very good either, and the extras suck! mines on Ebay already as i wont watch such shit on my TV, if it was the right aspect ratio then maybe, but hey I could get pirates better quality than the HK dvd!
