It is still playing in theaters in Korea so I doubt you'll see a DVD release for a few months at least.

The only news I've heard is that it has been slated to hit DVD sometime in March of 2004, but no specific day was mentioned. Korean DVDs are notorious for being delayed however, so I wouldn't hold your breath.

Being delayed? You're not kidding. I've been waiting for the Bruce Lee box set since SEPTEMBER!!! Right now, it's supposed to be February 18th, but I don't know anymore.
As for Old Boy, I'm guessing March or April. That's sounds about right.

Oldboy will be released in April.. and again in fall as an Ultimate Edition. April release will include some basic supplements.. and UE will include much more supplements with a possiblity of being.. maybe a 3 disk set..which is not certain.
As for the director's commentary, Park Chanwook said that he wouldn't do the commentary again while he was doing the commentary for If I Were You. (from DVD2.0)

The Korean retail price is 99,000 Won which equals
$85.75 US
I seriously doubt English subtitles on the extras as usual,
this is a great double dipper for Korean speakers,
but not much for the foreigners
