I am looking for this poster, can't seem to find it anywhere online. Any site sell Japanese posters only? Any help is appreciated.

Hate to give you the stock answer, but if you keep looking, it'll eventually turn up on ebay. That's where I get mine--usually at a fraction of the cost a dealer would charge.

The usernames escape me at the moment, but there are a couple regular sellers on ebay who are Japan based, and sell current Japanese movie posters, chirashi, programs, etc. (they have ebay "stores" too). There's a good chance that they have that poster or will get it soon. Try some searching on ebay (use keywords like: King Arthur poster japan* )

Remember that Japanese one sheet posters are typically smaller than US one sheets (approx 20x29" instead of 27x40"). Also read the fine print in auctions, because many items that are advertised as Japanese "posters" are really chirashi: 7x10" mini poster/flyers. I just checked ebay, and I found a couple chirashi with the image you are looking for, but no one sheet posters right now.
