"Manya Mobika (less brks)"
When a Somalian woman turns to Christian and Sean for help after years of oppression due to her country's custom of female mutilation, they must face the challenge of reconstructing her sense of self as well as her ability to orgasm. While Julia struggles with her inner demons, Sean introduces her to a life coach whom he believes could help her with her problems.
Bring on Famke Janssen!
Edit: Removed spoiler tags.

Not a whole lot of plot progression here....
Christian wants custody of baby Wilbur cuz Gina is a slut. We meet the real father.
Glass houses to Christian, since he thinks the mother a big ol' ho, but what is he? Hell, Chrisitian doesn't turn down nothing but the sheets!
Sean makes his wife orgasm, but she's thinking of good ol' Dr. Troy.
Decent episode, but next week it gets turned up a notch hopefully.

I thought it was weird how they spent all that time last week on the Matt story and then completly ignored it this week. I wish they would just get it over with.

Is that a real operation? I had never heard of anything like that before.

That's exactly what I was thinking. How could they not even touch on the fact that Matt lied. You would think that Sean would be upset and they would have hit on that at least a little. And Christian's nose was healed too.

Aisha was really good, but that opening was so horrible. You can't expect me to instantly accept her as completely serious with her soft-spoken fake accent when I've been listening to her do nothing but crack jokes for years with her loud California accent. It was so odd, I couldn't feel anything emotional about her speech.

The twists and turns this show takes the viewers through is so interesting and relevant even in smaller, less dramatic ways. Now this show is very melodramatic, but the characters feel more 3-dimensional than most typical dramas.
I did enjoy Famke's appearance, the straight hair suits her. Aisha Tyler's accent wasn't all that convincing, though her character's predicament was sad.

Famke's still hot and all, but compare her look now to, say, in GoldenEye. So looked so much better back then when she wasn't all emaciated - her face is starting to look like Skeletor.

Well, after three weeks of watching the first season boxset and the saved episodes on the TiVo: I'm finally caught up.
Fantastic show. But, watching the complete run in that short of a period takes the "super-horny" aspect to an even higher level.

Welcome, Famke, Welcome. I have to get something off of my chest - and that is how much I love you.

There was a lot man ass this episode wasn't there? I think I block it like I do some of these nasty surgical procedures they keep showing us.

Julia and Sean will be finished by the end of the year.
