Pelican PS2 Wireless Controller problems?
I recently picked up one of the Pelican "Predator" wireless controllers for my PS2. I am having all kinds of problems with it, losing signal! It seems like a IR signal causes the receiver to go whacky and lose synch with the controller.
After using a wavebird for over a year, maybe I was spoiled with a wireless controller?
My main problem come in that there is a lot of IR traffic in the area, so I can't keep a reliable connection. (My IR repeaters send signals to this area for video distrobution to the rest of the house.)
Has any one else seen these kinds of problems?

I.ve had no problems with my cheapie Chameleon wireless controller, but I guess I have less IR traffic.
BTW I guess you can get the Chameleon wireless gift set with a micro remote controlled car for $19.99 shipped at Circuit City. That's a good deal for the curious.

I have the predator and haven't had any signal problems. However, I don't like the way they did the trigger buttons. For games which you need to use all 4, its too awkward to hold the controller in a way that you can use all 4 of them quickly.
