I know it was released on DVD, but nobody seems to have it. Is it being released again soon?

I'm still hoping for a SE release of the film. It's still my favorite Scorcese film to date.

Got it as a gift a while ago, will sell as soon as a new one is announced but for me it was just too great a movie not to have. The DVD image/sound quality is just ok, but I still watch it quite frequently.

The Scorsese DVD situation is simply not good. I hope it's remedied in the next few years.

Raging Bull and then Goodfellas. I hope Criterion miraculously releases those (fat chance).

Raging Bull and Goodfellas are my most anticapted movies that need to be rereleased. Hopefully this year will be the year.

I've already seen two pre-viewed copies at my local Wherehouse for $50.

I hope this comes soon, with a more affordable price tag....

Good God! You are kidding right? The Raging Bull DVD is absolute trash! The video is soooo bad it is a slap in the face of the film itself to have even been release in the condition it was!

Anyone trying to find the OOP DVD is MUCH better served waiting for the re-released version because the current one is attrocious!

Apparently, Amazon.ca has this for purchase for $22.49 Canadian ($17.45 USD). And of course, Canada is Region 1 just like the States.

There is a region 2 version of RAGING BULL from MGM that is a 2 disc set. It was released a few months ago. Not sure if that version will come out here, but I'm certain it has to be an improvement over the R1 disc.

Retailers must have gotten old stock then, because alot of these have been turning up lately. I know it's not available online, but my FYE got 2 brand new copies in as well as another store I visit. The copies available on ebay have risen as well so I suspect others are finding them.
