Remember Family Dog??

It was a cartoon produced by Spielberg and Tim Burton in (I believe) '93 or so. Lasted about 10 episodes.

Now that the groundwork has been laid for getting "Action" on DVD, this is the only other series I remember being really excited about that isn't on DVD.

Anyone know of any online petitions or email addresses I can send some support of this title to?

Thanks,

res

The original Family Dog cartoon debuted as an episode of Steven Speilberg's Amazing Stories. Although I don't know if it was by Tim Burton, as no one would have had any idea who he was at the time.

I've also got the LD set. As well as the Amazing Stories LD with the Family Dog episode.

Brad Bird did the original episode on Amazing Stories. Tim Burton was a producer on the TV show.

I have all the video releases, but was unaware there was ever an LD release. In any event, a DVD-set would be a "must buy" for me!

And as an FYI, the Amazing Stories episode aired in 1986. The series didn't come until 1993.

It's a 3 disc set I think every episode. I no longer have an LD player. Do you want it? It's in excellent condition.

For some reason, I can't seem to click on your profile to drop you an email, Pixy (Thanksgiving break = parent's computer = several years worth of no updates = frustrating Internet experiences)

Could you drop me an email at [email protected]?

Thanks,

Res
