Duran

For some reason this has popped in my head, and I've been unable to locate information on it: when I was a kid (let's say 1979-1986 range), my parents had tape this animated show/movie/special that I think was called "Fairies". It wasn't happy-go-lucky kids show, I seem to remember it being more of a fantasy adventure kind of thing (like the animated Lion, Witch, and the Wardrobe). IMDB came up with a 1978 thing, but had no real information on it.

Did anyone else see this? Am I insane? Will I ever live down starting a thread called "Fairies?"
