Connecting Xbox, PS2 and Gamecube to a dial-up connection question!

I can't swing the money for high speed interent yet. Which systems allow dial up connections and are they worth it? I would like to play Tiger Woods 2004 on PS2 online and I also have a couple of other games that be played online. I have all three systems.

PS2

Xbox can't do it.
