Man HBO is treating him right he gets this special and then his time slot back from Costas next Friday.
He and Robert Klein were funny on Costas's season finale last night.
(Lot of great moments during On the Record this season BTW)

"Victory Begins At Home" is decent. If you've seen the bulk of the "Real Time" episodes, you won't see any new material. Especially if you've seen "Victory" while he's been touring it or during it's Broadway run. I prefer Bill on his shows, with other people for him to interact with.

"Victory" is full of Bush-hating, which I guess is cool these days, not that I love Bush, it just seems like an amature target.

Can't wait for "Real Time" to start back up again!

Oh yeah I forgot about Bill being the guy who complains about the Clinton/Lewinsky scandal when HE'S THE ONLY PERSON IN THE WORLD that still brings it up every chance he gets.

Stupid questions derserve stupid answers. Fortunately for you, I am incapable of lowing myself to that level. Carry on.

No kidding. If you're in Other long enough, and some is critical of Bush, someone is ALWAYS throwing up anything that Clinton did.

Let's also not lower ourselves to the level of dismissing other posters by essentially calling them stupid... thanks.

Every criticism of Bush is usually answered by a Republican "But Clinton..." Maher has nailed that one on the head. I loved his line about "wife-*****er". "I ***** MY wife!"

I saw him perform live last fall and much of the material was from the show I saw, but there was also lots of new stuff and I loved seeing the other material again. One of my favorite parts from when I saw him was the line about how married men live longer, but so do house cats. "A furball with a broken spirit, watching through the window the outside world they will never have...".
