Thrice - The Artist in the Ambulance (2003)

Anyone heard this one yet?

So far I'm really enjoying it. Gonna pick it up at Best Buy on Tuesday for $7 or whatever it is.

I preordered it and its been shipped. I've only heard two songs and I really liked them.

I tried to download some songs to check them out -- but I kept getting fake files...

I got a free shirt with my preorder though.

BTW: Their 1st album is still my fav.

So did anyone else pick it up today? Only $7.99 at Best Buy.

If you like punk rock, or rock music in general, you gotta pick up this album. Simply incredible, and a steal at that price.

In a couple years from now, that won't be the case. These guys are getting huge down here in SoCal and are pretty close to getting even bigger. Mark my words.

I bought mine for like $14, but got a shirt with it.

I like it, though I still like the Identity Crisis the best.

Thrice ain't bad for a new school punk band...

edit - after listening to their new album a bit though - I can see them bringing the suck like AFI and Helmet etc etc... this album kinda sounds like they're turning into everything else that's on the radio. Oh well.

I liked Artist in the Ambulance a lot more than their earlier stuff.

Illusion of Safety > Artist in the Ambulance > Identity Crisis

This album is lacking. Just don't know what it is lacking, exactly, but it's lacking.
