If you goto the movies over the next few years every single film will be based off of comic books. This is because Hollywood has not had an original idea in three decades and have remade every movie thrice over.
I imagine your list will soon fill the entire library of congress.

Isn't it funny in a bunch of those comic book movies there is a lot of rooftop jumping? For example: Spider-Man, Daredevil, and The Crow.

"Road to Perdition"
"The Mask"
"Time Cop"
"Judge Dredd"
"The Matrix" (Allegedly cribbed from Grant Morrison's "Invisibles")
"From Hell"
"League of Extraordinary Gentlemen"

A couple more not so obvious ones: Ghost World and the upcoming American Splendor.
A full list is hard to come up with - especially if you count Manga-based films.

not all comic book movies are good, lets say off the top
of my head umm " fantastic four". this movie blew so much they
yanked it off the shelfs so quick that the only way you can see it
is if you get a bootleg.

Downloading from Kazaa (hypothetically ) - priceless...
I actually found this movie to be fairly entertaining...
You might also add some of the titles that have to do with superheroes, even though they aren't based on real comics (AFAIK,) such as Mystery Men, Unbreakable, Blankman, Meteor Man, Greatest American Hero, Buckaroo Banzai?, etc.
Titles off the top of my head:
Superman 1-4 (plus countless earlier films)
Batman 1966
Batman series (1990s)
Punisher
Spidey
Daredevil
Electra
Hulk
X-Men
Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles I-III
Flash (TV movie)
