Received this e-mail from them.

I sent them all DVDs in MINT condition, with no scratches, cases in excellent condition. Now they are telling that the 13th floor is damaged! I got an all scratched up disc from them in return. When I packaged my shipment, I put bubble sheets in ALL cases. They must have switched one of their scratched up used discs with mine! Beware of Digital eyes!
