Going to see Wire this weekend
Can't believe it. Can't believe these guys are supposed to be touring and rocking hard. One of the coolest punk bands ever from the 70's (and some half decent electronica from the late 80's) is touring the U.S. Gonna check 'em out in a small club Saturday night. Their new EP is supposed be really heavy. I'm just glad they are actually playing stuff from "Pink Flag", although it will be strange seeing these "old" guys up on stage. Maybe not as weird since their lyrics never were really about cars and girls.
