it ships internationally alright. it said so, but i never manage to get the package. the order just never be accomplished.
that's so bad because its criterion collection price is so good.
so i want to know how long for your order before they charge and ship? (esp, for those who order criterion discs. for mine, it seemed forever) and does it really ship internationally?
thanks.

pum,
It is standard practice for DVDPlanet to lock international customers' accounts until they have verified your address. You may need to send them an email with a proof of address. This usually takes the form of a scan of your credit card statement, but I used a share certificate - anything official looking with your address on it should work.
Once your account is unlocked, DVDPlanet is usually pretty quick (c. 1.5 weeks to Australia), although they often double dip on shipping charges.
Good luck.
