Saw this disc in a B&M for a whole $5 & I was thinking of picking it up. Anyone got this? I know to expect crap for quality but would still like any opinions or reviews.
I remembered thinking it was pretty funny when I saw it as a teenager but that has been a while. Thanks!

I'll have to check my copy again, but I don't remember it being "sub-VHS" quality. Certainly it is one of the lower quality transfers put out by Diamond.
It was a weak slasher when it first hit theatres ...and it didn't age too well. But, for what amounts to a price of a rental, it isn't a bad deal... and you can always do, what I plan on doing...give it away to a needy horror fan.
Now if Diamond could come out with "The Mutilator" that would be killer! (pun intended) Gotta love a film whose tagline is "By sword, by axe, by pick...bye bye".

First off, for this film the dvd looks much better than any previous release(If you think the transfer is "sub-vhs", try looking at a vhs transfer of this film, it is unwatchable). The film itself is so bad I enjoyed it. The dubbing is terrible, the acting incredibly bad, and the story has huge holes. All of that being said it's a great bad splatter film! The dvd itself isn't great, but well worth the $5.00
